Onboarding Representative - French or German speaker
HiJiffy is looking for two Onboarding Representatives that will help our Customer Success team welcome, onboard and train new clients.
If you have a customer-oriented mindset, have great attention to detail and are looking to start your career in Customer Success, this position might be what you’re looking for!
About the role
- You will be responsible for the whole onboarding process for new clients
- You will be the first point of contact for the client after a deal is closed
- You will ensure smooth and fast onboarding of new clients,
Key requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Fluent in French or German
- Fluent in English
- You have a customer-oriented mindset
- You work well in a team and value collaboration;
- You’re reliable, self-motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality work;
- You have a positive and solution-oriented mindset
- You’re self-motivated and have strong organisational skills;
- You’re comfortable working in a remote-first organisation;
