Customer Support Representative
As a Customer Support Representative at HiJiffy, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ support needs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all support requests are clearly understood, properly documented, and effectively managed. You will work closely with our Support Engineering team to escalate technical issues as needed and ensure that our clients receive timely and accurate responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review support requests from clients, ensuring clarity and completeness of information.
- Provide initial response and resolution to client inquiries, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills.
- Escalate complex support issues to the Support Engineering team, providing detailed documentation of the issue.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.
- Organize and prioritize support tasks to ensure efficient resolution of client issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HiJiffy’s products and services to better assist clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or a related customer-facing role.
- Fluent in multiple languages, with preference for Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, and German.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Desirable:
- Experience in the SaaS or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms and customer service software.
