About the role:
As a Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in forging valuable, technically driven partnerships. You will not just focus on boosting revenue but delve deep into metrics, integration management, and partner screening, ensuring collaborations align with our strategic goals and operational efficiencies.
What will you do?
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise potential technical partners based on their strategic fit and potential value addition.
- Design and execute a robust partner screening process to ensure alignment with our technological and strategic objectives.
- Manage the integrations pipeline, ensuring the right projects receive priority.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics for every partner to gauge collaboration effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth integration and address any potential challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner's technical teams, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding.
- Provide feedback to the internal teams based on partner interactions, market trends, and integration outcomes.
- Facilitate regular check-ins with partners to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure long-term collaboration success.
- Stay updated with industry trends to ensure our partnership efforts are always ahead of the curve.
- Engage in strategic cross-functional meetings to contribute partnership perspectives and align on company-wide initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations on partnership developments, performance, and strategies to the company, internal teams, and company leadership.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in technical partnership management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in comprehending technical documentation and the capacity to convey the full scope of integration possibilities to our product team. This includes identifying and communicating key data points, assessing feasibility, and ensuring maximization of value in our integration processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage metrics for partnership growth.
- Ability to communicate complex technical details in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated capability in managing integration pipelines and working closely with technical teams.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Deep understanding of our technical landscape and the ability to identify potential integration challenges.
- A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
- The ability to think critically and make decisions based on data.
- An unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish, French, and German are a big plus.
