Another in-person quarterly meeting is behind us, and it was felt special as always. Usually, we go outside of Lisbon for our quarterly reunions, but this time we had a good reason to stay in the city to kick off Q3.

It was the first time the whole team had a chance to hang out together in our fantastic riverside Lisbon office in Heden Santa Apolónia, where we moved in at the beginning of June. We'd like to share quite a bit about our new workspace, so we'll get back to it in a dedicated post soon.

In the last few months, we've reached significant milestones: from the reveal of our new brand to remarkable updates to the Guest Communications Hub to announcing €3.8M funding for HiJiffy 🚀

Having an opportunity to appreciate and celebrate our collective achievements together, reflect on and address challenges, and align on future plans is essential to our work culture. And to do it in the brand new home of HiJiffy was a treat - especially with a clear view of the Tagus River in the backdrop 🌊

Following a few drinks on the office terrace, we continued with the riverside theme (at this stage, we had no clue about the surprise the following day!), moving to the Ferroviario rooftop, where we enjoyed the sunset, the moonrise, and many good chats well into the night.

On the second day of our quarterly meetings, we usually have a surprise team activity and we were in for a treat, courtesy of our People team... 😎

We spent a sunny afternoon on four sailing boats on the Tagus River, enjoying a beautiful view of Lisbon, and catching the wind in our sails to enter Q3 all refreshed! ⛵☀️
