Integrity, impact and growth are some of our key values at HiJiffy, so later this afternoon, our monthly team activity this week is dedicated to exploring this question together as a team.

We know that International Women's Day will mean different things to each of us, and we can learn from one another by bringing different perspectives to the conversation.

What are we doing well? Where can we improve? What are the best practices in our industry? It is a great opportunity for us to reflect, learn, celebrate and grow collectively.

In the meantime, we asked Marta Bello leading our People & Finance team to share some achievements and insights into the HiJiffy team that are worth highlighting and reminding about today:

🚀 At the end of 2022, Joana Rodrigues and Andreia Pais were nominated for the Portuguese Women in Tech Awards, and Andreia won in the Engineering category.

🚀 Last year, 50% of our new hires were women, and this year we welcomed Beatriz Martinez and Débora Reis Vieira to our growing team.

🚀 Our Customer Success and People & Finance teams are made up of a majority of women, and a third of our Product and Development team are women.

🚀 Our first hire over five years ago continues to be a cherished member of our leadership team - thank you for choosing to grow with us, Andreia!
